Lovely squishy babies!

Hi,

Here's my February spotlight for the Kitty Bee Design Team.  Happily there is a new baby in the family and I love babies (especially ones you can give back!) so a lovely card was called for.

I've love this image for baby cards - it works so well and is just perfect. (Especially if you are feeling a little lazy and don't want to do lots of colouring!)

What really makes this card is all the glamour dust on it - the picture does it no justice as it is so sparkly in real life.  I've still got it on a shelf ready to be sent and I love the way it twinkles!

Hope you like it - thanks for looking!

New home

Happy Saturday!

Here is a card I made for my lovely work colleague who left us and moved away!  She has the most amazing infectious laugh!

I teamed this cute A day for Daisies image with some lovely first edition papers and then sprinkled liberally with glamour dust!  It was really very pretty - even if I do say so myself.

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

A Day for Daisies - Add some glitter
Simply Create Too - Anything Goes
Sister Act Card Challenge - Anything Goes

Thanks for looking!

Aloha Friday Challenge - Valentines!

Afternoon,

I'm here a little late with my DT post for Kitty Bee Designs.

This fortnight our challenge is Valentines / Love and our sponsor is 2 Cute Ink, who are giving our lucky winner some super cute digis!!!

I chose to use an image called "Owl you need is love".  This is my husbands valentines card, although I've put it away somewhere safe so let's hope I can find it on the day!

I've very simply used some red card and used Stampin' Up! stencil to do the embossed hearts.  The paper is from a Crate Paper stack called Fourteen!

Anyway thanks for looking - don't forget to link up your valentines project to our fab challenge!   Click here to be taken to the post!

Thanks for looking!

Card in a box!

Hi,

Here I am with my first Kitty Bee Project of the year and it's my January spotlight project.

I've been spending a bit much time on pinterest recently rather than actually making stuff - oops!  But it's paid off though.  I've seen loads of these card in a box tutorials and thought I'd give it a go myself!

They are actually super easy, I had to improvise a bit as I don't own a full size score board but I managed. (I'll be getting my husband to rectify this on my birthday!)

I used the Kitty Bee image Hug Me Lady Bug - how cute!!

Other items used include Tattered Florals die, burlap stencil, distress ink, a Stampin' Up sentiment and some paper that has been lurking in my box for at least the last 3 years.

Hope you like it!

Thanks for stopping by!

Unusual Colour Christmas!

Hi,

I'm here with my challenge post for Kitty Bee Designs.  This is our last challenge before Christmas and our theme is unusual colour Christmas - so step away from those reds, gold and greens.

As you can see from my card below I went wild! Well not really wild I chose blue as my colour and used this seasons must have Bunny!

I love this paper too it's from My Minds Eye and is called Winter Wonderland - I got it cheap in the sales last year!!

I'm probably going to make a few cards like this - well until the glitter card runs out as they are lovely and easy to make and more importantly... quick!!   You can buy these little cuties from the Kitty Bee Shop.

I do hope you can pop over and join us for our challenge.

Thanks for looking!
