Hi,
It's been ages since I last posted a card - our whole house has had the lurgy over the last week or so, I'm much better but still only have half a voice!
Here's my latest card - its for my lovely Mother-in-Law for Mother's Day.
I love this little person dressed up as a Bee, it's a Birdie Brown image, if you don't have any of these images you really should pop over and check them out! I also love my new Bee ribbon it's so cute.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Cupcake Craft - Going Dotty
Papertake Weekly - One of the Girls / Mum
One Stop Craft Challenge - Mother's Day + Ribbon
Lexis Creations - Mothers Day
Ladybug Challenge - Anything Goes
Card Mad Fairy - Mums the Word
Thanks for looking! I'll probably be back later on to share with you all the card my little girl made this morning for her Grandma!

Some Presents, Some Exciting News and a Card
Hi,
I have had an amazing week! Firstly it was my birthday (21 again!) and I got a new all singing and dancing paper trimmer from my husband (I picked, he paid, ha ha!). The girls from work were amazing and I was given a little sewing machine so I can now do stitching on my cards. I have made the rather large assumption that I will be able to take it out of the box and be a pro right away... so it may be a while before you see any stitching on cards!
Yesterday I got the exciting news that I had been successful in the DT Call for Craft Your Days Away! I'm so pleased - especially as there are so many talented crafters out there! My first card for them will be on the 17th March - I can't wait to find out what the first challenge is! Also my card got picked for their top 3!
So here's a card I made last night - it's for my Sister-when-my-brother-in-law-finally-puts-a-ring-on-her-finger-To-Be. It's her birthday next week.
I used the sketch from Papertake Weekly, I think I'll add that to my file to use again as the card came together quite quickly! The image is from The Stamping Boutique and the papers are MME.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Sassy Cheryl's - Spots and Dots
Everybody Art Challenge - Monochrome
Papertake Weekly - Sketch
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
Paper Sundaes - Circles
Lexi's Creations - Monochrome
Ladybug Crafts - Pink and Girly
Catch the Bug - Anything Goes
Thanks for looking!

100th post!
Hi,
This is my 100th post!! You poor poor people having to put up with my ramblings for the last 100 posts! Thanks for sticking around and for all your help and comments - it means a lot.
Here's a birthday card I made earlier today:
How cute is this little girl on the swing. I had a go at paper piecing again for her top and hair band, it's such a great technique.
Sassy Cheryl - No Embossing
Everybody Art Challenge - Sketch
Allsorts - It's Your Choice
Our Creative Corner - Over the Edge (the flower and the shoes peeking over the the edge of the circle die)
My Grafico - Flowers
Ladybug Challenge - Spring is in the Air
Craft Your Days Away - Paper Piecing
Stamping for The Weekend - Bingo (Flowers, Die Cuts, Polka Dots - on her dress!)
Thanks for looking!

Getting Ahead ...
Evening!
Thankfully I don't need to make an emergency 70th Birthday card tonight as my husband has checked with his mum and Uncle Brian is 69 this year - so the card I made last night has gone safely in the post today.
I've just finished this years first Christmas card, as with every other year the intention is to get ahead - we'll see.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Lollypop Crafts - Anything Goes
Tuesday Throwdown - Winter Blues
For Fun - I Love Snow
Winter Wonderland - A Christmas Card
Sketch Saturday - Sketch
Di's Digital Designs - All About Snow
Thanks for looking!!

I think I'll try and swap this picture tomorrow as it's a really nice colour - but it never picks up properly in the evening.

Birthday Card for a Guy!
Evening!!
I've had a very productive couple of days and got loads of stuff crossed off my to-do list. However my list of cards I need to make is starting to grow as I've got a lot of birthdays coming up over the next couple of weeks.
I also have two new followers - so HELLO to Kath and Vicky!!
I wanted to share with you this evening a card I've made for my (Husbands) Uncle Brian. Although we've just been debating the possibility that Brain is actually 70 this year which will means tomorrow night you will find me hurriedly making a different card which acknowledges this great age, rather than this "young at heart" card I've made for him. My money is on him only being 68, however my husband will be making an emergency call to his mum tomorrow to check!!
The cute little tickets were a freebie I got from Free Digital Stamps ages and ages ago and are by mudmaven.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Lollipop Crafts - Anything Goes
The Pixie Cottage - Sketch
Paper Sundaes - Birthdays
Aud's Sentiments - Use the word "Happy"
Stamping For the Weekend - Colour Combo
Thanks for looking!
